Over a plea of not guilty, the trial court, sitting without a jury, found Johnny Ray Trejo guilty of a Class B misdemeanor in possessing a useable quantity of marijuana, of not more than two ounces. The court assessed punishment at six months in jail, and a $1,000 fine. Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. art. 4476-15, Â§ 4.051(a), (b)(1) (Supp. 1988). Trejo contends in a single point of error that the evidence was insufficient to permit the finding of guilty. We will affirm the judgment.
